The Discovery Call
A conversation to understand your context, your goals, and whether ICG is the right fit. No obligation. Just an open conversation about where you are and what you are working toward.

The TTI TriMetrix Assessment
A comprehensive behavioural assessment covering DISC (how you behave), Driving Forces (what motivates you), and Emotional Intelligence (how you manage yourself and your relationships). This gives you — and your coach — an accurate, evidence-based picture of who you are as a leader.

The Coaching Sessions
Fortnightly 1:1 sessions with Lesley. Direct, evidence-based, and completely tailored to you. Sessions draw on your assessment results, your real-world challenges, and the goals you are working toward. Expect to be challenged. Expect to be supported.

Between-session work
Reflection tools, frameworks, and practices designed to embed the insights from each session into your day-to-day leadership. The real work happens between sessions — in the conversations you have, the decisions you make, and the moments you choose who to be.

Quarterly reviews
Every quarter, Lesley and the client review progress against goals, adjust the focus of the coaching where needed, and identify what comes next. The coaching compounds over time — each quarter building on the last.
