For many neurodivergent professionals, the experience of traditional networking can bring sensory overwhelm, unclear structure, pressure to mask in order to fit in, the challenge of small talk, or simply not knowing how or when to join a conversation.

The Neurodiverse Business Network exists because connection matters — and it should be accessible to every kind of brain. It was built by neurodivergent people, for neurodivergent people, with the understanding that the most interesting thinking in any room often comes from the people who have spent their lives seeing things differently.
