  • Build a shared team map — understanding how different styles interact
  • Develop communication agreements and a team charter
  • Build frameworks for navigating conflict and holding each other accountable

FORMAT:  Leadership teams and HR directors

  • Define what each value looks like in practice — specifically and behaviorally
  • Build accountability frameworks for living the values under pressure
