1. Services Offered: Inspired Coaching Group is committed to providing middle management leadership coaching services that are designed to help individuals and teams improve their leadership skills and achieve their professional goals. Our experienced coaches provide personalised guidance and support to clients through a range of coaching services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, and online coaching programs. Our coaching services are tailored to meet the unique needs and requirements of each client, and we are dedicated to helping our clients develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.

2. Coaching Fees: Our coaching fees are based on the specific services that are provided, the duration of the coaching engagement, and the level of support required. We will provide clients with a detailed quote for our coaching services, which will include all fees and charges. Once a client has agreed to engage our services, we require payment in advance of the coaching engagement. Coaching fees are non-refundable once coaching services have commenced.

3. Confidentiality: At Inspired Coaching Group, we take our clients’ privacy seriously. We respect the confidentiality of all coaching conversations and client information and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s prior written consent, except as required by law. Our coaches are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, and we expect our clients to do the same.

4. Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions will be conducted at mutually agreed-upon times and locations, either in-person or remotely. Our coaches are flexible and will work with clients to find a schedule and format that suits their needs. Clients are expected to arrive on time for all coaching sessions and to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of a coaching session and refunds are not granted in these circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities: At Inspired Coaching Group, we believe that clients are responsible for their own learning and growth. Clients are expected to fully engage in the coaching process by actively participating in coaching sessions, completing assigned tasks and exercises, and providing feedback to the coach. We encourage clients to be open and honest with their coaches and to communicate any concerns or issues they may have.

6. Disclaimer of Liability: While we take great care to provide high-quality coaching services, Inspired Coaching Group will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury. Clients engage our services at their own risk, and we strongly recommend that clients seek professional advice before making any significant decisions based on our coaching.

7. Intellectual Property: All materials and content provided by Inspired Coaching Group are protected by copyright and may not be used or reproduced without our prior written consent. Clients are not authorised to distribute or share any materials provided by our coaches without our express written permission.

8. Termination of Services: Inspired Coaching Group reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, any unused coaching sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Clients who violate our terms and conditions or fail to meet their obligations may be subject to immediate termination of coaching services.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inspired Coaching Group is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.

10. Modification of Terms and Conditions: Inspired Coaching Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions to ensure that they are aware of any changes. Continued use of our coaching services after any modifications
